For those not in range of any of our locations, worry not, you can mail any item in need of repair to Dads Ole Tackle at the address below. All you need to do is securely pack you reels in a box (it is best to individually place each reel in a small bag like a grocery sack then place them all in small box and fill it with packing peanuts or bubble wrap so the reels don't move around and get damaged).
In the box you should include a note with your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address (optional), and a list of the reels enclosed. On the list give a brief description of desired services for each reel such as new line requests, upgrade requests (handles; Spools; Bearings; Gears Ratio Changes; ext.), and a short explanation of what kind of problems you are experiencing, if any.
When we receive your reels someone will contact you to go over your requests and answer any of your questions such as prices or estimated repair times. We will then clean and repair your reels while fulfilling any requests made such as upgrades or new line. When service is complete someone from Dads Ole Tackle will contact you again to secure payment and arrange the return of your reels.
If you are shipping multiple reels you may look into flat rate priority boxes at the United States Post Office they hold several reels, come in different sizes to fit your specific needs.
